Tianzheng Moule Co. Ltd. (TZMC) is located at Ningbo Daxie Development Zone in the coastal open city in Zhejiang Province closely adjacent to Beilun Port - a great harbor in orient where there's beautiful sceney and convenient sea, land and air transport conditions.
TZMC is a manufacturer specialized in designing and making die-casting molds with strong technical force and strict management. It owns a group of outstanding talents professionally engaged in die-casting process and mold making. In mold design, we use computer personal workstations and other advanced software. The company's technical management is under the care of professionals with many years'die-casting mold design experience and oveaseas study experience in the U. S. A The production is managed by technician who has abundant practical experiences.
At present, our company owns more than 30 cutting tools, 7 sets of precision numeric control electric sparking machines, 7 sets of CNC slope line cutting machines and 4 sets of imported CNC machining centers, 1 set of CMM and 1 set of mould shutting machine. We have up-to-date production equipment and perfect inspecting equipment.
