About Vico Machinery & Castings
For the last nine years, European buyers source their cast and plumbing items from Vico Machinery and Casting because of the attention we pay to quality. We produce faucets, valves, mixers, manhole covers, iron fittings and cast parts. Clients such as APM, FARD (Italy) and COMAP (France) continue to rely on Vico Machinery & Castings' goods. In fact, their business has meant a 20 percent annual growth in our sales for the last four years -- and sales of $14 million in 2004.
Our Manufacturing Process
We have two factories to serve you. Our plumbing factory is located in Zhejiang province -- mainland China's hardware center. Our cast goods factory is located in Shandong, a province known for its natural metal supply. That means we have ready access to raw materials and skilled labor at a low cost. We turn out 200,000 units of plumbing products and 1,000 tons of cast products monthly.
The QC Process
Our QC team with six years of experience checks your order at every stage of manufacturing. We only accept materials with less than 0.03 percent sulfur and less than 0.065 percent phosphorus. This ensures our cast items have a better elongation than the competition. We also use CNC testing machines, Swiss spectrum analyzers and an optical emission spectrometer from Italy to make sure you receive high-quality items. And our cast products factory is ISO 9001:2000-certified.
OEM and Trade Services
OEM orders are welcome. Our designers use AutoCAD when developing our merchandise. Cast samples are ready in just 15 days and those for plumbing in 25. We can also provide you with insurance and customs documentation.
