Pronisesa Cia. Ltda. is a company that was incorporated

and started its commercial activities in 1989. Initially

the company focused its activities in the areas of

agribusiness and professional financial consulting,

basically in response to the market needs and taking

advantage of tne professional expertise of its management

team.



To the original activities of the company, which were in

the agricultural field and financial consulting area, as of

today there have been added a real estate and a commercial

division. The commercial division basically handles the

representation for Ecuador of products of international

companies, representations that have been granted to

Pronisesa Cia. Ltda. by virtue of its business contacts and

selling capacity.



Currently, the commercial division represents the largest

source of income of the company. As of December 2001, it

added to a 67% of the total company revenue. The company

has the exclusive representation for Ecuador of the
