We have BGA and Ultra Fine Pitch component assembly capability. We also have Automated Axial Insertion and Radial Insertion equipment that supplement our conventional component assembly capacity.
To ensure delivery of a zero-defect product to our customers, we use Hewlett Packard 3175 IC
T System. We also have capability of developing customized functional testers.
