Hebei Shenglun Import and Export Corp Ltd is established by five enterprises in 1999 and Hebei Shenglun I/E Group Corp holds the control shares. Our capital stock is US$6.29 million and our assets are more than US$4.23 million.
According to the rules of Corporation Law, our corporation is dedicating in improving managing structure, constituting re
gulations and standardizing operation since establishment. Our QC system passed the ISO 9002 and British UKAS certification in 1999. In 2000, Hebei provincial government recommended our corporation to be listed in stock market. Now, our corporation is in the tutoring procedure before listing.
