Yuyao Yiting Tool Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located in the South Part of Changjiang River Delta in China. It is 100km away from the east of Hangzhou and 50km away form the west of Ningbo, with Hangzhou Bay to the north and Hangyong Highway to the south. The big bridge of Hangzhou Bay will have been built in 2008. At that time, it only takes 2 hours from Yuyao City to Shanghai City. Yuyao City has one of the biggest plastic distributing centers in China - China Plastics City. Yuyao also keeps ahead the calling of mould technique - Light Industry Mould City. The exterior environment gives us ascendant conditions; likewise, it gives our clients.
Founded in 1997, our factory specializes in development and production of electromotion instrument shells (aluminium pieces and plastic pieces). Our small corporation expanded into a large scale company in 2001. Now our company manufactures electromotion instrument mostly, dealing with electromotion instrument shells (aluminium pieces and plastic pieces) and mutuality fittings. And our managerial mode is much more than before, such as manufacturing, machining and distribution, etc. When client needs, we can customize products and develop matrix.
Our company covers an area of 13,000 square meters, with a building area of 10,000 square meters. The manufacture equipment is all ready, such as plastic jetting-moulding machine (50g-1200g), die-casting machine (125T-400T), CNC machine tool and polishing handling machine, etc.
Our manufacture workshop can do injection moulding, die-casting, metal working and spray painting. This year we will acquire new equipment: plastic jetting-moulding machine (2000g), die-casting machine (800T) and finish machining equipment: process center. Our intent is to level off the quality of the output and improve it.
