Following are the Seller's requirements:

1. ICPO ON COMPANY LETTERHEAD

2. INCLUDE FULL COMPANY PROFILE WITH ICPO. ( I shall provide the draft separately and the buyer should follow accordingly)

3. A COLOR PHOTOCOPY OF PASS PORT OF CEO OR ONE WHO SIGNS THE ICPO MUST BE INCLUDED.
4. USE AND MAINTAIN THE FORMAT AS BEIN
G SENT SEPARATELY.
5. IT WILL TAKE ABOUT 3 WEEKS FOR SELLER TO GIVE A DEFINITE YES OR NO ANSWER.
6. BANK REQUIREMENTS M
UST BE INCLUDED WITH ICPO. ( WE PROVIDE THE DRAFT TO BE FOLLOWED).
