NVC Lighting Technology Corporation

We have 4 branch factories besides headquarter. There are 3000 persons in headquarter, with 70000 M2 occupied area and 100000M2 floor area; and 1000 persons in branch factories. In headquarter, we mainly produce multiple light and electronic products, e. g. electronic transformer, electronic ballast, T4, T5 fluorescent lamp, energy-saving lamp, metal-halide light, etc. One branch factory is producing die-casting products, one branch factory is only producing steel punched products, one factory is producing mains supply reflector down light, and another branch factory is producing plastic parts and packing.

Production Capacity
USD10million per month at present. We have moved into the first part of the new industrial park in Feb. 2006, the second part is under constructing. The area of the first part is 70000M2, the second part is 80000M2, and the third part is 60000M2. When the new industrial park is constructed well, our production capacity will be USD20million per month at least.

Quality Control
Passed ISO9001: 1996 in 2000, and updated ISO9001: 2000 in 2002. In headquarter, we have more than 60 QC persons, and in each branch factory, there are more than 20 QC persons. From material incoming to delivery of finished products, QC persons are controlling the quality at every working procedure. In China, our products have become "National Free Of Surveillance Products".

R&D
We have more than 40 engineers, there into, 20 machinery engineers, 20 electronic engineers, 4 packing designers. They use Auto CAD, Pro-E, Solid Works, Protel 99 to design products. NVC is the member of the lighting fixture branch of Chinese Lighting Appliance Institute and have taken part in the establishment of the Chinese National Standard of lighting appliance. And we are trying to improve our laboratory to be national approved laboratory.

Management
We are using own-developed ERP system to manage our daily operating, Almost every employee has one computer to work every day.
