Especially, XD is expert in stamping for the sheet materials with high-required surface and thin materials(min. thickness:0.05mm),such as stainless, Phosphor bronze and brass. Alloy Steel, high speed steel and super hardness type of material(Tungsten and ASP etc.) is adopted to make metal mold & die to guarantee the precision and stability in stamping process.The annual production scale: die & mould: 200sets; parts including injected and stamping: 0.6billions pieces. The annual turnover of more than USD20,000,000. The products of XD are mainly used for camera, computer, printer, watch & clock, mobile phones and electronic apparatus etc. XD is developing to provide one-stop solutions for totally customized requirements from customers,  from providing customer? draft, die design, final drawing, stamping or injecting, making the die parts, assembling, packaging and after-sale service.

t customers are mainly from Japan, such as Hitachi, Epson, Canon, Sanyo, Sony and Nikon Etc.  Only small proportion of products is marketed in China. Now XD is committed to providing service on the world basis.
