Sino-American joint venture WenZhou Haqun Valve Manufacturing Co. Ltd,is a hi-tech enterprise specialized in development, manufacturing and sales of hi-temperature, hi-pressure valves for power stations， The Co. has over 40 professionals including senior engineers and 300 senior or experienced technicians, and occupies 9000 square meters of land, 5500 square meters of production area,13000 square meters of factory area newly constructed or under construction and 6000 square meters of factory buildings. It is equipped with over 180 sets of equipment such as Numerical control machine tool, plasma jet sprinkled welding machine etc for mechanical treatment and for special purposes, a cad valve design center, a technical consultation center and a modernized quality testing center for valves which is complete in advanced testing equipment for chemical analysis of the materials, test of mechanics cal performance, hardness test, supersonic tube-wall thickness test, supersonic flaw detection, magnetic particle flaw detection, coloration flaw detection-ray flaw detection, metal graphic analysis, spectral analysis, valve lifespan test and performance test of ultra-hi pressure valves. All the parts of a valve are treated with digital controlled machines to ensure precision and interchanges ability. Advanced automatic welding equipment and wearable &hi-temperature-resistant satellites cobalt horniness alloy material are used for the sealing surface of the valve; reparative screw thread seat ring and superlative inlay welded seat ring are adopted; and 2Cr13 superlative screw thread valve seat is used for the top sealing. The co. is also equipped with a chemical heat treatment workshop to ensure the performance specifications and surface quality of major parts of the valves, which further improves the production quality.
