The process of producing iron oxide red is that firstly, add nitric acid; Secondly, sulfate; Fourthly wash it by water, and finally dry physically. The chroma of our Iron oxide red can be divided into: HM110, HM120, HM130, HM140, HM160, HM180, HM190etc (from light to fuscous). It can be widely used for ceramics, glaze, building material, plastic, rubber, antirust, oil paints, printing ink, coating, paper making, electronics, pharmaceuticals, magnetic materials, etc.
Our products can meet the par of our national iron oxide red pigments standard: GB 1863-89. Our "SOP"(Standard Operating Procedure) is used to supervise our everyday production and Quality Control for getting the coherence from two different parties of pigments from the same color. During the process of production, we add a special oil and the special Zinc Oxide to our products and samples whet then for 300 bouts, at last compare then on one special paper.
