PT Danpac Pharma

PT. DANPAC PHARMA, marketing company of pharmaceutical products, established in July 2004. Previously, we were marketing division of PT. Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk. (MPI), a one of Indonesian National Pharmaceutical distributor, since 1999.



MPI was established in 1952 as NVPD Soedarpo Corporation. The company name was c
hanged to MPI in 2000, to reflect the increase in overseas trade, and had five branch offices with the rapid growth of the pharmaceutical industry in Indonesia over the past five years, MPI has expanded and now has 24 branch offices in big cities throughout Indonesia. The company has also diversified it?s distribution business to include health food and consumer healthcare products, in addition to pharmaceuticals.

In the middle of 2004, MPI decided to focus purely on distribution, and therefore
discontinued it?s Marketing Division. Later that year, a new independent company called PT. Multi Cemerlang Abadi  was established to acquire all of MPI?s marketing division business.

PT. Multi Cemerlang Abadi changed it?s name to PT.
DANPAC PHARMA in December 2004.



Today, PT. DANPAC PHARMA as part of the DANPAC Group not only becomes a Pr
incipal and MPI is the Sole Distributor but has also a significant percentage shareholding in MPI. PT. DANPAC PHARMA also markets many other products, such as diagnostic test, health food, pharmaceutical products including both prescription and over the counter medicines.



At present, PT. DANPAC PHARMA has already marketed healthcare products, such as HCG preg
nancy test strip and compact, food supplement, and also pharmaceutical products including both prescription and over the counter medicines.
