The system has 4 different types ? small(M8)?medium(M12),large(M16) and heavy(M20) and the elements of the 4 types
could be assembled together and be compatible with the existing modular fixtures.
2. The design of hole and slot structure
will make the fixture assembly easy and speedy and the workpiece could be moved continuously and could be adjusted optionally in every direction and could be angled optionally.
3. The assembled fixtures will be stable and reliable owing to the elemen
ts? high precision and great rigidity. The elements will be connected or assembled with the pins and the keys, so that the rigidity of the fixtures could be guaranteed. The position and the angle of the fixture could be adjusted optionally to guarantee the locating precision.
4. Precise and skillful structures for universal use could meet the requirement of machining of all
kinds of machine tools, of welding, of checking, and of experimenting, as well as of machining of the complex workpieces.

. Less varieties and specifications will make the investment cost reduced. The system has only more than 300 kinds of elements. One set of the LXT-J jig and fixture element system could substitute total 6 types of elements of the both systems ?the existing slot-series and the hole-series modular fixtures.
