Qingdao Neo-Link Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. is an industrialization base of electronic research achievements of Harbin Institute of Technology. HPS series electronic ballasts for high pressure sodium lamps and MH series electronic ballasts for metal halide lamps are our patented products. It takes Harbin Institute of Technology more than 8 years to research and develop these products. Especially, the digital electronic ballasts with dimming and PLC (Power Line Communication) features, are applied to "Remote Monitoring and Managing System of Digital Street Light", which facilitates the management of street lighting system.
