We are a customer based company which was established in 1997. We want to achieve our commitments with customers or die trying. Therefore, commitment is vital to our success.
It is our philosophy to stick with quality on every playing field. We want to have a mutual benefit not only for us, but our customers as well. If you have any major concerns, we will direct you to our senior management to resolve any issues that may raise and we treat it with a sense of urgency.
We have new state of the art facilities that include sister factories and a 80, 000 square foot warehouse. We are in compliance with all Environment regulations and also have numerous certifications. We are ISO 9001 and MP AUDIT complied. We have numerous additional compliances that we adhere to on all shifts, and levels of management. In resent years, we have focused on refining our skills at: a) identifying risk of code compliance; b) uncovering issues; c) implementing strategies that can be used to drive performance and enable change within Betterlife internally and on a broader level.
