Herewith we will introduce us as Trading Company and will inform you as interested Buyer about all the necessary steps to prepare a mutual agreement for a Sales and Purchase Contract.
We are a “Scrap Trading Company�which is situated in Belgium and direct connected to the Seller. We are authorized mandate of the supplier and we are working only with one supplier. We are not an “internet broker�agent or something like that.
Our supplier has the experience in this business and industry, is real and can deliver.
The supplier is a US-based corporation with a big dimension and importance in the scrap metal market. Our Seller owns and operates 39 scrap metal yards throughout the world. He provides different types of draft agreements to accommodate the different needs of the buyers. All these contracts are written under UCC, ICC, IML, IBA, CIGS and USA laws and regulations, for everyone’s protection, and don’t accept any revisions as it would violate those standards. The Seller currently works with occasional “Spot Sale�offers and don’t require POF and BCL and as such don’t provide POP and FCO.
