The history of the heavy duty transporter is closely bound up with the SCHEUERLE name. Our company has its origins in a forge founded by Christian Scheuerle in 1869. Scheuerle's evolution into one of the world's leading specialists in the manufacture of heavy duty transporters was spear-headed by Christian's grandson, willy Scheuerle.Decades ago, he pioneered the development of special vehicles for heavy duty transportation. Since that time, his ideas have remaned the inspiration behind this line of business. Most of his new ideas were trail-blazers and still continue to be the underlying concept of many of today's heavy duty vehicles.
