Founded over twenty years ago, Chongqing Hongyi Mould Co., Ltd is an enterprise specialized in designing, manufacturing pressure die-casting moulds for motorcycle, automobile and home appliances industries.
After these yea
rs high-speed development, now our company is the leader in the line of mould in Chongqing---which is famous for its motorcycle, automobile as well as its ordnance industries in the world. With high quality, reasonable price and on time delivery plus good after-sale-services, our products enjoy a good reputation among our customers from home and broad, meanwhile we have established long-standing relationships with our overseas clients through our proficient distribution and sales networks.
Besides m
anufacturing moulds for motorcycle (including reverse gear case for auto rickshaw), we also develop and produce quadrangular butterfly valves, which are widely used in petrochemical industries, such as CNG projects, oil refinery works, power plants.

At present, our company has a total staff of about 120 workers, 90% of them are certified technicians (including 5 senior engineers). With the introduction and utilization of CAD (such as Master CAD, Unigraphic, etc.)/ CAM systems, the capability of designing and manufacturing has greatly improved. Now we have a large number of various processing machines (15 CNC, 6 EDM, etc.) imported from Germany, Japan and USA.
