The machinery is suitable for grinding of the glass. The glass parallel edges and arris can be rough, fine grinded Chamfered and polished through one course of processing, featuring convenience in operation and reliability in function.

The machine Jaw Opening Span System adopts Motor-driven Apparatus, equipped with Linear Guide Rail and Rolling Ball Bearing Screw imported from Germany, having the glass edges-grinding accuracy guaranteed. The Main Transmission System adopts the model of Speed Adjustment by Frequency Variables and Special Gear Box (Decelerator).

The Synchronous Transmitting Belts used is imported from Italy, keeping the glass transmitting more stably. The motors allocated into Six Units can be independently controlled, while in processing the glass for normal use, the relevant Motors can be turned off freely for increasing the production speed and saving the power economically.

The Machinery is composed of 8 Motors, with the function motors allocated delicately on two sides of the machinery for Rough Grinding, Fine Grinding, Chamfering and Polishing.
