Fresh fruits packaging solution:
We supply all kinds of long-shelf-life plastic bags for fresh fruits, especially table grapes. With an area of 50,000 m2, we have 300 machines of blowing, printing and cutting, offset and copperplate printing are available up to 12 colors.
We have specialized ventilation hole design packaging for grapes and all other perishables with PE, OPP, CPP, PET, nylon and BIO materials. Backed by 2,000 plus workers, our capacity is 20,000MT annually.
Our tailor-made packaging products are available for foods, fruits and vegetables etc packaging, listed as below:
1) Reclosable bags: slider ziplock bags, zipper bags, double zipper bags
2) Open bags: open bag, open bag with glue, tear-off carton liners, groove vegetable packs
3) Standup pouches: anti-mist bags, hot bags (heat welded)
4) Films: cover sheets
5) Other packaging materials available: punnet, tray, carton, wrapping tape, pallet corner, SO2 pad (grape guard), moisture absorption sheet
We supply reclosable ziplock bags to major supermarkets worldwide. With our global distribution networks which are established in the main grapes production areas, CCA is able to provide reliable quality and service driven solutions based on a broad knowledge of the fruit industry in all areas of the world.
Fruit packer, importer and exporter:
We have facilities covering 120,000 square meters of processing and cold storage. We are equipped with two Spanish packing lines, machines for washing, waxing, grading and packing of citrus, and one Spanish pre-packing line for netting and punnet packing to supermarkets, as well as one modern preserve processing line for canned food. Our annual capacity reaches 550,000MT.
We export "CCA", "3P" brand fresh fruits and canned foods from China, meanwhile import fresh fruits as citrus, apples, pears, grapes and tropical fruits for wholesales and supermarkets in China. We can supply professional techniques for pre- and post- harvest and the introduction of new varieties, the propagation and cultivation of seedlings as well as the demonstration farm.
Focusing at the enormous developing domestic and overseas market, CCA is now building up more advanced facilities in China, with strategy to achieve more customer's satisfaction with higher quality control, more competitive cost, quicker delivery and service, and will becoming the most powerful supplier of fruit packaging solution in the world.
