Tan An Binh Co., Ltd was established according to the Decision No 4237/GP.TLDN of People’s Committee of Hanoi issued on April 21, 1999 and to the Business registration license No 071296 issued by Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi on April, 29, 1999 with only 14 employees and 600 Million VND of legal capital at the beginning.
