Established in June 2000, Handan PhotoC Co., Ltd. Is specialized in developing and manufacturing various kinds of OPC drums for laser printer.

The company is jointly invested by China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, Hanguang Machinery Plant, Institute of Chemistry of CAS ( China Academy of Science) and Handan Network development Co., Ltd., based on "OPC Industrialization Project" which is one of the key high-tech projects of National "863" Program of China. PhotoC develops from the selenium drum Manufacture Department of Hanguang Machinery Plant who began the manufacture of selenium drum used for copy machine since 1970's and cooperated with Konica in 1980's, introducing selenium drum, toner and carrier product line from Japan. It had about 30 years history and experience in the manufacturing and selling of selenium drum, toner and carrier.

Self-owned intellectual property right, patent coating chemicals, an introduced product line from U. S. A, an OPC material research & synthesis lab and advanced OPC drum test system enable PhotoC to guarantee the high performance of our products, and warrant our products to perform in an equivalent manner with OEM products. We have a group of devoted professors, senior engineers and Doctors who constantly test new technology and engineering approaches with an eye to further improve the performance of our products. Since the line was put into production, our products have been well received by customers both at home and from abroad. PhotoC is now exploring new opportunities and expanding solid partnership to expand our business.
