Further more, in August 2003, the company was titled Top-10 Aluminum Profile Manufacturer in China by China Nonferrous Metals Fabrication Association. Currently the company has become the largest aluminum alloy industry base in East China. It is headquartered in Zhili Town, Huzhou City of Zhejiang Province, located in the north of Zhejiang Province, next to Shanghai in the east, adjoining Hangzhou in the south, near Nanjing in the west, and facing Suzhou and Wuxi just seperated by Taihu Lake in the north, which is an important commodity distributing, shipping and traffic communications center of adjoining areas of the 3 provinces (Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui) 1 city (Shanghai) with swift and convenient transportation. The company now owns such 3 production factories as Yangxi, Balidian and Zhili, which totally cover the area of over 600 mu (equivalent to 400, 200 sqm). In 2003, the company invested and established Huzhou Century Dongliang Aluminum Co., Ltd., which is engaged in the manufacture of aluminum alloy sheets and strips, and capable of producing various aluminum alloy sheets and strips of different alloy brands in the depth from 0. 1mm to 4mm. We can realize the width of strips up to 1, 650mm, and will become one of the few manufacturers that are capable of producing aluminum sheets and strips with the width exceeding 1, 500mm. Aluminium sheet and strip foil is in the first-class installation level in China. There are 6 casting and rolling machines, a 1850 four-roller cold rolling mill, a 1450 four-roller aluminum foil roughing mill equipped with ABB profile instrument and thickness gauge, transection machine assembly of automatic stowing property, and a whole set of stretch bending straightener assembly imported from Italy, etc. with designed annual throughput of 60, 000 tons, mainly used to produce aluminum single plate curtain wall sheet, signpost sheet, aluminum strip for aluminum plastic composite plate, PS base plate, air conditioner foil, aluminum foil blank, high-quality aluminum and aluminum alloy sheet and strip foil of wide purposes.

As to profile, the new company currently possesses a modern vertical cast rod machine, 5 extrusion production lines, the largest extruder of which is 2, 800 tons. What is more, the company has brought in a whole set of full automatic vertical spray painting line imported from Italy with annual throughput of 30, 000 tons of aluminum profiles newly increased, standing for international advanced level in powder spraying.
