The company has introduced multi-function cold headers for screw and unt from Japan and Taiwan. It adopts the wire stock from Chengdu Iron and Steel Co., Shanghai Baoshan Iron and Steel Co., Taiwan Iron and Steel Co. as well as from Japan. It has low and medium carbon steel, alloy steel, 65Mn, stainless steel, copper, aluminium and zinc with surface-treatment technology of black dyeing, electrochromatophoresis, bonderizing, galvanizing(blue and white, black zinc, five-colour and medium green), nickeling, chroming, coppering and silver plating, etc. It possesses such as heat-treating facilities vacuum annealing furnace and modified carburizing furnace. It also test and appraise the material quality, the depth, hardness tensile strength, torsional strength and resistance to corrosion of decarburized layer.
