FormCal is a revolutionary artificial - man made stone textured panels and mouldings. It is made of composite materials that consist of cement, silicate proprietary fillers, lightweight thermal acoustic materials, glass fibre and other additives. The combination of these earthy materials gives FormCal a natural quarry/sandstone appearance, giving it the look and feel closest ever to natural stones.



FormCal is available in a wide range of natural earth tone colours. The product is made by a revolutionary hand moulding process and hence no two pieces of the products can be exactly identical. This is the reason why FormCal always exhibit a truly natural look, a feature which other man made stones or artificial stones product, are unable to achieve.



FormCal products are factory sanded and finished with a layer of clear protective coating. No further finishing is required on site. Except for an additional coat of clear acrylic or polyurethane coating for better protection.



FormCal can be use internally as well as externally. Being a cement based product it has excellent fire, water and termite resistant properties. It also possesses a combination of lightweight, thermal and acoustic insulation properties.



FormCal is available in flat panels, moulded profiles and decorative ornament stone. Flat panels are being used for cladding on walls which usually are enhanced with the addition of moulded profiles such as cornices architraves, skirting, dados etc. One can create unlimited stone decoration ideas by using the wide range of products available from FormCal.
