Its predecessor was Zhengzhou Western-style Clothing Central Factory converted with the approval from the Municipal People's Government of Zhengzhou into Henan Taikesi Garment Company Ltd. In December 2001. At present it has 1200 employees, total assets of RMB 100 million Yuan, DURKOPP Western-style clothing production line introduced from Germany, MACPI three-dimensional ironing equipment introduced from Italy and computer CAD system introduced from the United States with an annual production of 600, 000 suits of Western-style clothing.

Its main products include Western-style clothing, trousers, overcoat, jacket, fashion and various uniforms. Export products sell well at the market of Europe, Japan and South America.
