Founded in 1990, the Foundry is mainly engaged in casting and processing with sole proprietorship. With RMB 8. 2 million as its fixed assets, the company boasts a staff of 121 including 16 engineers and technicians. The Foundry covers 12, 000 sq. M including 1, 800 sq. M of casting workshop, 1, 000 sq. M of mechanical processing workshop and 1, 100 sq. M of warehouse. Moreover, the Foundry boasts a 3. 5 ton/hour cupola, an analyzer with Mohen iron characteristics, an electric furnace, a large hoisting shot blast machine, more than 20 CNC digital controlled machines and other machine tools and drilling machines.

The foundry also have a fully-equipped physico-chemical laboratory and a comprehensive quality inspection system. The company have conformed to the ISO9002 Certification in 2000. With an annual output of over 3, 000 tons of casting parts, the company mainly produces nodular cast iron (such as QT450, QT500, QT600, QT700 etc., ) including series of hydrant, flange area, valve casting, pipeline, etc. And gray cast iron (main brand number are HT200, HT250, HT300, ) including series of brake disc, machine body and others. The products are mainly exported to the U. S., Japan, Canada, and other countries.
