Established in 1987 under the name of Chung-Buk Electronics Co., Ltd., Simmtech is a manufacturer of printed circuit boards (PCBs) for semiconductor integration.

We differentiate ourselves from most PCB suppliers as s pecializing in PCBs for memory and non-memory semiconductors and telecom equipment. In the early 1990s, we succeeded in independently developing SIMM PCBs for integrating memory semiconductors, which were previously supplied exclusively through imports.

We also succeeded in developing and building large-scale production capabilities in DIMM, RIMM, DDR as well as non-mem ory substrates such as BGA, CSP and MCM.
