Since the foundation, Hengli Chemical Fiber Co. Ltd has spent huge amount of capital for development, applied five-reactors process technology for PET production and direct spinning process technology for PET filament, aimed at international first-rate chemical fibre enterprises, and totally introduced two PET manufacturing units with each of 200, 000 tons/year capacity from German Zimmer Corp., for which state-of-the-art five-reactors process technology & equipments and 1152 spinning positions for FDY and POY manufactured by melt direct spinning are used, with the 120 high-speed DTY texturing machines manufactured by German Barmag and Japanese TMT Corp., so that the corporation may produce "HENYUAN "brand products, including annually 150, 000-ton FDY (PET Fully Drawn Yarn), 150, 000-ton POY (PET Pre-oriented Yarn), and 100, 000-ton DTY (Draw Textured Yarn), and thus the annual sales of 6 billion CNY is obtained.
