Our company has 150 employees with new factory covering totally 23,000M2, including 5,000 M2 of virescence and 10,000M2 of new workshop. ã??We have the following precision equipment: 6 CNC, 1 Mirror EDM, 1 Double Heads EDM, 10 EDM, 1 CNC Wire-Cut, 5 Wire-Cut, 20 Milling machine, 5 Grinding machine, 2 Lathe, 2 Drill press, 1 3-Coordinate Measuring Machine, 25 Injection machine, 2 projectors etc.



ã?? We have adopted the advanced CAD/CAM/CAE designing and manufacturing flow chart, being used process software such as Master-cam, Auto-CAD, Pro-E, UG, Solid-works and so on. Adopting numerical control equipment such as CNC and xxxxx, which help us to guarantee the reliable quality to meet customerâ??s different demands.



ã?? We design and make injection molds for overseas and domestic clients for a long time. Most of mold weights are between 50 KG and 15 Tons; Our suppliers are LKM, ShengDu,ZhanJian,Punch,JinHong etc, The core/cavity steels are P20(LKM818H, LKM838H, NAK80, CENA1), AISI420(LKM420,2083,2316,S136), H13(LKM2343, LKM2344, LKM2344Super) etc; Our components of molds are DME and HASCO standard from Europe. Hot Runner System are YUDO,HASCO,DME,KLN etc.



ã?? Now we have 25 sets of plastic injection machines, its size are between 80 T and 600 T. This supports us to process all kinds of customers,ã??we are very skilled in such materials: ABS, PP, POM, NYLON, HDPE, PVC, HIPS, TPU, TPR, etc
