Anhui ZhongDe Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (the former, Ma'anshan ZhongDe Machine Tool Factory) was founded on December, 26th, 2002, with the approval of Anhui People's Government. Its registered capital is RMB 10 million and total capital stock are ten million shares. ZhongDe professionally makes and markets normal and numerical control benders, plate shears, pressure machine, 3- or 4-roll rolling machine, punch shears, angle cutter, and cutting moulders.
