1, Aluminum rotational mould.
Can make 300 sets rotational mould per years base on custom-design. 80% of them be export to abroad. has the ability to conduct full process in making mould. Wooden pattern workshop,4 processing centers,6 digital linear cutters,5 digital controlled millers, and so on, are all located in our factory.we have r&d department. They can deal with tech-drawings composed by pro-engineer, cad, solid works, Unigraphics(majorly), and Mastercam. our lead time in making mould is 40 days
2, Custom-design rotational moulding.
roto-molding oem service. We have four roto-machines, one of them has three arms and each of which is of 2.8 meters long and is able to mold products within 2.5 meters long.
Including air-blower shells, tool cases, petrol tank, flower planter, water tank for scrubbers, truck roof, stock case for motorcycle, golf equipment case, speaker shell, fenders, display case, and so on.
