Our company started its business in 1946. From its origins the company was concentrated on commercialising and shelling almonds, providing a guarantee of quality.
Today Manolet Almonds is a forward-looking company, w
ith an ambitious policy of extension in production, technology and trade.
The Manolet group has four production sectio
ns, the last one opened up in 2005 in Elche. A modern production section with the latest technology in almond selection and processing.

Marcona
Is the tipical Mediterranean variety, with
a guaranteed sweet flavour. Used in pastry, chocolate, nougat as well as appreciated snack. Highly prized among the benchmarket for its organoleptically qualities.
Ferragnes
Large kernels almond for different uses. For customer with a h
igh request of quality and guaranteed sweetness.
Larguetas
This variety is characterised for its elongated sh
ape and its flavour. It is very appreciated in the high confectionery industry, ideal for making sugared almonds and as roasted snack because of its easy blanching.
Comunas or Valencias
Mixture of different almonds varieties
. Sweet flavour. It is used for marzipan, ice-cream and other products.
Since apart for having above varieties, after
several processes of elaboration the natural raw almond or the blanched ones get ground, diced, slivered or sliced for its special use in the pastry and confectionery. Presently we're enlarging our production plant and very soon we will be able to arrange the packing in individual bags.
As we respect nature therefore our raw material is obtained from almonds of ecologi
cal trees, in farms were the almond is 100% natural with no genetic alteration. We have a biological - organic almonds certification
