OLYM SPORTS CO. is operating under this background and dedicated to design and construct the fastest and most economical composite boats for rowing/canoeing clubs and teams in every corner of the world. Our boats are made from strictly chosen composite materials with Hi-Tech space industrial technology. We adopted the most popular boat shape design that is valued by the world-class medallist rowers and paddlers.

Situated in Fuyang city of Hangzhou state, 200 KM south to Shanghai which is the most active economic part of China, OLYM SPORTS is supplying rowing boats, kayaks, canoes, oars and paddles all over the world. The former body of OLYM SPORTS (Orient Sports Goods Factory) is the earliest builder of wooden boats and composite material boats in China. Their 18 years boat building experience enriches OLYM SPORTS equipment with competitive quality and outstanding performance.

Since the first made wooden boat was made in 1984, around 65% domestic provincial and municipal teams are still using well with our boats. Those old wooden boats are now in the “museum�(boat houses) after their historical mission. The rowers and paddlers are now proud of owning the fastest and rigid boats in Asia.

At the Busan Asian Games 2003 in Korea, OLYM SPORTS rowing boats, kayaks and canoes were used by many Asian participants and became one of the most liked boats at this event.

As the OFFICIAL FISA PARTNER, OLYM SPORTS is manufacturing a full range of rowing boats from singles to eights. Two shape designs are available, i.e FISA design and E Design. Three structure options are available, i.e RACER, EXPLORER and TRAINER.


Kayaks and canoes are made in type of K1, K2, K4, C1 and C2. The shapes are from the best selling brand of Europe and valued at the World Canoeing Championships.

We would like to than the FISA (International Rowing Federation) for their treasure partnership and strong support. This keeps us in good relationships with the rowing world. This also guarantees that our rowing boats are made with the standard FISA design, FISA weight limit and other FISA technical boat standards. Especially the appreciation should go to the FISA Materials Commission which is under the leadership of Mr. Kurt Gilbert for their treasure support when OLYM SPORTS CO. was re-organized in early 2002.
