erify LOI seller name ,Seller corporate
name ,FPA with sell side names banking sell side paymaster tel,fax no.

Bu
yer signs Letter of Intent/RWA Agreement, and submits the LOI and FPA.

Upon receipt thereafter, Seller signs and retur
ns the
LOI within 24 - hours with the Sellers full
banking coordinates to Buyer, which will become a Full
Recourse
Commercial Contract

Buyer send Client Information Sheet, POF (BCL, Funds on Screen or
MT799).

The Seller
send  Corporate Invoice.

The Buyer and/or His Bank Officer will Authenticate
and Validate the Instrument
s

Within Eight (8) International banking hours, Buyers
Bank shall conduct verification of the instruments and

release the funds to the Seller designated account
