Ningbo Riyue Foundry Co., Ltd is located at Dongwu Town of Yinzhou District which is situated in the east part of China Sea, a famous city, Ningbo. The traffic is convenient, the corporation is close to the highway of Lu Han and Yong, 20km near to Beilun Seaport, 30km to Ningbo Airport and 3km from the Ningbo-Beilun railway station. This company is surrounded by the mountains by Three sides, of which nearby has the beautiful Dongqian Lake and the great Buddhism area, Tiantong and Ayuwang Temple. The main factory area had occupied 106800 square meters, the buliding area is 70000 square metres, another 60000 square meters has been marked out to bulid the maching shop. The total 17000 sqm factory area has been used to produce. Among the over 900 employees, over 15 percent are technicians, in which, having 12 Senior Engineers. The advanced casting technology centre cooperated with Qinghua Universtiy has been the technology centre of zhejiang province, in which the Professor Liu Baicheng, member of Chinese Engineering Academy is the director of the centre.

The production capacity now is 150000 tons, of which 90 percent is ductile iron, shop sign is QT400-18~QT800-2, the casting which has a weight of 100 tons has been produced and the thickest is 1200mm.

This company has set up a computer net system and realized the auto information administration. All casting technology are made with computer-aided design/computer-aided engineer (CAD/CAE). The advanced instruments such as directly read spectrometer, Non-destructive test instrument and aslo the microstructure analysis are widely used in the corporation. The products are exported to Germany, Sweden, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and other countries and other districts besides domestic sales.
