Haatz Inc. is the largest manufacturer of range hoods and leading distributor of various built-in kitchen equipments in Korea. At our two factories located at Paju-si and Pyeongtaek-si, both in Gyeonggi-do nearby Seoul, we have total annual production capacity of 1.2 million units of chimney cooker hood and system hood.

The company's total e
mployees as of 2007 are 250 persons including 25 engineers and designers at its own R&D center. Since its establishment in 1988, the company has been continuing investment in research and development in view of improving the quality of the products and eventually to provide customers with very convenient, comfortable, and clean cooking environment. The company obtained ISO9001, CE, UL, and S-JET marks and certifications. Also, we introduced an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system which considerably enhances our competitiveness.

Based on our accumulated technologies and experience in this field and through well-es
tablished distribution channels in domestic market, we are able to offer the highest quality products at very competitive prices. As for domestic sales, we supplied about 50% of total domestic demand (range hoods) in 2006; among those, 40% through 110 Haatz's dealers, 20% through construction companies, 20% through kitchen makers, and 20% others. We also export to many countries such as Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, Middle East countries, South & West East Asian countries, etc.

In Feb. 2003, the
company is listed on KOSDAQ, the major OTC market in Korea, and its paid-in capital after IPO is about U$5.5 million. The company's annual turnover is about U$70.4 million for 2004, U$72.9 million for 2005, and U$ 78.5 million for 2006.
