Item Bank Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of proprietary, transparent, organic and inorganic electro-luminescence(EL). The company completed the development of inorganic EL sheeting in 1998, and obtained a patent for its manufacture. The product works by running a current through the luminescent layer.
