The factory of Sino-Maple flooring located in Suzhou city around 120 Km from Pudong airport, Shanghai, which covers 44 acre (220,000sq. Meter) area and factory workshop covers 380,000sq. Ft (35,000sq. Meters), have one of the biggest multi-layer engineered flooring manufacturing line in Asia with annual capacity of 10 million square meters. We use many advanced appropriative machinery for our engineered flooring production, including Ceremona slicer from Italy, frame Band Saw from Austria, Kuper cliper from Germany, and vacuum dehumidify drier, micro-wave drier and so on. All of these equipments cover the whole manufacturing process of engineer flooring, from top layer, base panel manufacturing to surface texture processing, staining, coating and finally give the convincing warranty for the quality of Sino-Maple flooring.
