Ningbo Xiangyang Group Co., Ltd. is located in Yinzhou Industrial Zone of Ningbo in Zhejiang Province, China. On the basis of a further investment of 250 million RMB, covering a total area of over 130, 000M2, with a space area of 110, 000M2, the new workshops of Xiangyang has been put into use. The producing capacity is expected to double. The Group brings great attention to the introduction of new equipments and new talents, specially utilizing great investment to introduce the leading complete production line of T-yoke from Taiwan. With this practice, Xiangyang expands its ability to turn out products with OD ranging from 50 to220; pole from19 to100, all series of abnormal shape protruding T-yoke, washer, magnetic bowl for NdFeb use, the designed monthly producing capacity 1200T to 1500T. In September of 2004 Xiangyang put the mass production on the new-developed products, and the production of one piece T-yoke has greatly contributed to delivery.
In addition, the Group has cast aside its former equipments of paper cones, damper and foam-edge, to improve products'consistency. The newly applied aluminium die cast and equipments for washer production have laid a sound base for improving quality and upgrading capacity.
The new elements of fresh environment, new equipment, ever-incoming managerial and technical talents and ERP Software will push Xiangyang to a new height to meet greater opportunities and severer challenges.
