Chongqing Jinshan Science&Technology(Group) Co., Ltd. was Founded in February 1993. With a registered capital of 20 million Yuan (RMB), the group is a syntheses private enterprise owning multiple industries including 9 sub-companies and 600 workforce.

Up to now, this group has developed into two main divisions. One is the traditional industry represented by international trade, real estate and decoration, the other is high tech industry represented by medical instrument fabrication and development of MEMS. Chongqing Jinshan medical instrument limited company, one sub-company of Chongqing Jinshan Science &Technology Incorporation, is actively cooperating with other institutes all over the world and developing the medical instruments with leading place in the world. This achievements made by this sub-company are accepted and supported by government organization, such as National Science& Technology Committee. In 2002, the project of Gastrointestinal wireless capsule endoscope system was listed as the National Key Science Technology program.

This group got many kinds of honors, having good enterprise culture and forming unique enterprise features. In 1997 and 2000, this group won title of top 50 of Private Enterprise in Chongqing. In many years, this group constantly won the title of Good Reputation and Credible Strength Enterprise in Chongqing. In 2003, this group was granted the title of National Youth Model with Civility, which is one of the two enterprises that won this title in Chongqing. In April 2001, this group passes the certification of ISO9001 international quality system, which is the important step during the internationalize process of this group.
