TCL Overseas SBU manages all of TCL's marketing programs and OEM business units outside of mainland China. Since TCL started providing OEM services for international brands in the mid-1990s, its customer base has grown to cover 50 countries and territories including North America, Europe, Australia, Russia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South Africa. In fact, we have set up sales offices in Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, India, South Africa and Russia, with branches in Australia and New Zealand currently under construction.
In November of 2003, TCL signed a joint venture with French
TV maker Thomson, making us the world's largest color TV manufacturer. Every year, we sell more than 10 million TV sets.

br>To provide you with timely deliveries, efficient aftersales services and comprehensive technical support, we operate five manufacturing centers in North America, Europe and Southeast Asia. In 2005, we began producing our own LCD panels in Mexico, Poland and Thailand to keep our supply stable and prices competitive. We recently opened a new 300,000-square-meter factory in China capable of producing over 5 million LCD panels annually.
