Each customer may have varying degrees of complexity and requirements. We set up individual Customer Focus Team leading by a program leader to manage each specific OEM or ODM account. A customer focus team is deployed to be utilized by the program leader to accomplish the agreed upon goals of the program. There is no fixed "recipe" for configuring such teams. Members are from different functional departments. We apply such a matrix organization to ensure the corporate resources to be shared by every program, not just for the major account. No matter whether it is big or not, we care for the concerns of each customer, zero defect, on-time delivery, and cost effective.

Alfamax has our own brand AMX for the product line of automotive security and safety systems, and OZIO for the product line of car entertainment system, other than the ODM and OEM service.
