Fabrication

Factories familiar with all types of
fabrics like cotton, mixed cotton, 100% polyester, mixed polyester, stretch
fabrics as well as fleece and micro fabrics.

Knit

• 100% polyester micro fleece---150d/96f, 150d/144f,
  100d/144f, 75d/144f...etc
• 100% polyester bonded fleece---bonding with various
  fabrics...........etc.
• 100% polyester ---tricot, dazzle, mesh, sherpa,
  fur......etc.
• 100% acrylic fur and other mixed knited item.
• Cvc (80/20) ---fleece, velvour, rib.....etc.
• T/c (65/35) ---fleece, single jersey...etc.

Woven

100% cotton
corduroy---6/8/11/14/16/21/28 Wales....hi-cut, uncut (velvet), spandex....etc.
denim--- indigo, black,slab, ring slab, cross hatch, spandex..... Etc. solid
dyed----poplin, sheeting, twill, rip-stop, canvas...etc. yarn
dyed---check/stripe/gingham, fil-a-fil, twill, chambray, flannel....etc.
cotton/ spandex fabric--- poplin, twill, canvas. Denim, corduroy.... Etc.

• T/c and cvc solid & yarn dyed.
• 100% polyester taffeta, ripstop, oxford, twill, taslan,
  satin, suede, georgette, chip on... Etc. micro---plain, twill, dewspo,
  pongee... Etc.
• 100% polyester ---tricot, dazzle, mesh, sherpa,
  fur......etc.
• 100% acrylic fur and other mixed knitted item.
• 100% nylon---taffeta, taslan, ripstop, oxford, twill,
  ottoman, tactel...etc.
• N/c or c/n----poplin, twill, herringbone twill,
  rip-srop, oxford...etc.<
• Pnp or n/p---micro moss, satin, taffeta....etc.
• 100% nylon---taffeta, taslan, ripstop, oxford, twill,
  ottoman, tactel...etc.
• Nylon/ polyester/ cotton---plain, twill... Etc.

Single Jersey, Double Jersey, 1x1 Rib, 2x2 Rib, Interlock,
Drop Needle, PK, French Terry & all type of knitted fabrics with following
yarn:

Lead
time required

• 35 to 50 days upon receipt of clean L/C & lab-dip
  approval for knit items.
• 60 to 90 days upon receipt of clean L/C & lab-dip
  approval for woven items.
• 90 to 120 days upon receipt of clean L/C & lab-dip
  approval for sweaters item

(Sometimes earlier depend on customers demand).
