under Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) as Core Application
Services Inc.


Our
software is provided as an Application Service. We manage and
distribute software-based services and solutions to customers across
a wide area network from a central data center.


CORE
helps avoid risk, manage costs and leverage mature, full featured
information systems allowing companies to focus more on business
competitiveness.


We
were initially established to address the complex financial
requirements of medium to large scale. Today, CORE's product base
include companies that cannot afford commercial software.

Planning
& Analysis


The
target system is inspected and a detailed system implementation plan
is created as initial phase. The plan will include hardware, software
and staffing requirements that will ensure the success of the system
implementation.

Installation


In
this phase of project implementation, application software is
installed and tested on client's computers. Optionally, firewall and
Virtual Private Network (VPN) software are also installed enabling
secure and fast connection to the Client's Local Area Network (LAN).


Database
Buildup


Once
the application software is in place, database buildup will commence.
Historical information is checked, reformatted and then uploaded to
the new system. To ensure accuracy of information uploaded to the
system, reports generated from the new system are cross checked with
reports generated from the old system.


Application
Service Training


Application
Training of staff using Application Service is usually done
simultaneously with Database Buildup. This gradual introduction into
the system spread over a longer period allowing service users to
properly assimilate training.


Technical
Support


Our
competent staff are on-call to quickly resolve issues either by
telephone, remote control software or electronic mail. At CORE, we
assign a support staff per Application Service to respond to client
needs.

Customization


System
Feature Enhancement custom made based on user's need. Unconsumed
technical support man-hours are exhausted to customize system
features allowing to create continuous production without

Cloud
Based Integrated Accounting System – (C-IAS)



IAS
is a financial data automated system that ensures a smooth flow of
information record from the General Ledger, Journal Voucher,
Disbursements, Receipts, Payables & Financial Reports to
Statements. The system custom-made to Filipino users is BIR compliant
and is expandable to different journal types and reports.


Sales/Collection
Commissions Module System
- (SCS)



A
comprehensive sales management system for real estate. It supports
Inventory, Accounts, Agents Commissions, Receivable Schedule
Generation (automatic/manual) and Payment Receipts or third party
accounting system. Integration includes:


  1. SCS
    Client Portal
    -
    For condominium buyers that allow clients to view account
    information like payment schedule, billing statements, payment
    history, account summary, etc. Other product features like
    messaging, news and frequently asked questions.



  2. Online
    Reservation System
    - A
    web portal that allows property sales agents and clients to view
    unit information and make reservations. This system can be also
    integrated with other existing property sales system.

    - A system that allows entry and retrieval of information via SMS

Billing System (MBS)



The
system manages billing and collection for commercial tenants.
Supports upload of sales
from POS terminals and electronic cash
registers for calculation of Rental charges.


Cloud
Based Condominium Office Building Billing/Collection System
(C-CBB/CS)
 



An
automated system that generates Billing Statements for unit owners
and tenants. The system includes Association dues, Property Tax,
Insurance, Water and other charges it automatically generates
Accounting entries for Accounts Receivable and Cash receipts. May
also be integrated with the ff:

Condominium Billing Portal w/c
allows client to view account information like billing statements,
payments, account summary, etc. The portal features includes
messaging, news & FAQ's.



B)
Mobile Meter Reading System
records Electrical, Water, LPG and other meter readings using a PDA
(Portable Digital Assistant) or any android device.


Condo
Leasing Syste
m (CLS)



Also
a system for condominuim owners it keeps track condo units for lease
enrolled by their owners and automatically generates billing,
reports, agent commissions and payables to unit owners.


Project
Cost Monitoring System (PCMS)



Keeps
track of construction project budget, contracts and progress
payments. Outputs financial reports and cost projections
automatically generates Account Payable entries.


Land
Acquisition System
(LAS)



Manages
land purchasing while keeping track of document requirement status
and payments and also prints out map indicating status for each unit.


Loans
Payable Management System (LPMS)

LPMS
manages loans payable to banks and other financial firms. The system
also helps
keeps track of collaterals and compliance
requirements, process payments & monitor balances.

Asset Management System - FAMS



FAMS
is a full cycle asset management system it tracks assets from
procurement, assignment
until disposal.
It
enables you to maintain and control the complete asset lifecycle
across depreciating or non-depreciating assets from creation to
depreciation, revaluation and disposal.


Cloud
Based Central Procurement System (C-CPS)



Handles
the whole purchasing cycle from purchase request, supplier quotation,
selection, ordering, delivery acceptance, hand

of payables and cash/check disbursement.


Online,
SMS, Facebook Apps Ordering Processing System (OSOPS)



A
web portal appropriate for direct selling distribution networks. It
allows members to place orders online and view account information
like credit balance, network down line members, sales, order
status, etc. Integrates with the Service Center Management System. It
has a mobile interface allowing users to conveniently make
transactions using their phone's web browser.


Outdoor
Advertising Management System (OAMS)



Manages
inventory of Advertising sites with billboards, digital video boards
and mobile ads. It handles billing and collection from clients,
commissions for agents, payments to site owners, disbursements for
site construction and maintenance.


Service
Center Management System (SCMS)



A
stand-alone database application for managing service center (sales
outlet) operations. Contains point of sale (POS) and modules for
managing customer profile, inventory and order processing integrates
with the central Online Order Processing System.

(CMS)

Based Issues Management System (C-IMS)



Issue
Management System or IMS is a service unique to Core. This product
service allows clients to log issues on-line. Immediately technical
support staff in turn receives email and SMS notification. Once
issues are resolved, creators receive a notification containing
details of how the problem was resolved.
