Get Started

1. Tell us your product needs. Send us
   your detailed product specifications and a few samples to help us to
   produce the most suitable product to meet your needs.

2. We will evaluate your product and do some initial
   research and get back to you with the range of options first.

Ordering

After an
order is placed, we will arrange prototypes and obtain confirmation samples.
Once you have signed these off and arrange for payment, we will handle all
quality control and production management to make on-time delivery to your
forwarder.

We have a graphic design team that
can work with you to develop the correct use of your branding on the product
and its packaging, giving you the best brand representation and merchandising
advantage for you product.

How
Is Payment Made For My Goods?

When you order goods with One Stop
Sourcing you will receive a proforma invoice. Once confirmation samples have
been approved, a 30% deposit is required, which is to be paid to us by
electronic bank transfer. After this deposit is paid, we can get started with
organising production.

Once your goods have been inspected,
delivered to your forwarders’ warehouse and exported from Malaysia, we will
send copies of the Bill of Lading (and any other relevant documentation) to
you. At this time, you will be invoiced by us for the balance of payment on the
order, so the original documents can be released to your forwarder.

What
Else Do I Need To Do Before Placing My Final Order?

Before you’ve confirmed and placed
your order with us, you must make sure any specific product requirements
(colour, packaging, technical details etc) are given to us at this point. Once
you’ve given the final specifications, we’ll do the hard work, so you can get
on with running your business.
