| We periodically review every production process as a result we have been modifying, adapting, improving and upgrading production methods. As a part of review we also simplify, improve, and replace our machinery and especially the in-house developed SPM’S. Benefits of the waste reduction, usage of alternate appropriate material and process simplification are routinely passed on to our customers. |
Raw Materials :We have established strong, reliable and open relationship with a large number of vendors who not only help us in various operations such as Wire drawing, plating, cold forging and bending but also provide us high-grade EN1A (Leaded), Mild steel, Copper, Brass and CRCA Sheets etc. The procured raw material is of superior grade and ensures maximum quality to our finished products and components.
Moreover, we use quality poly bags, CB boxes and foam sheets to ensure undamaged delivery of our consignments to our valued clients. |
Manufacturing Facility :We have established a modern manufacturing unit that helps us in developing our Induction Coils, Headless Screws, Self Lifting Clamps / Clamp Straps, Precision Turned Components and Pressed sheet metal items with Innovative technology. Our manufacturing unit is spread over an area of 44000 Square Feet with installed capacity of 200 Lakh units. Further, our infrastructure facility also incorporates an in-house design and development unit that helps us in finalizing our products and components as per the specifications given by our clients. Our manufacturing unit is located at Satpur MIDC, adjoining to Ceat Tyers with built up area of 12000 square feet in Nashik, Maharashtra. |
