day November, 2004 (RC: 611786).

Area of Specialization

In
its Memorandum and Articles of Association, the company was authorized to
engage in the provision of Oil, Gas, Energy and Marine. Security and Safety
Services, Civil/Building, Electrical/Instrumentation, Procurement, Engineering
Services, Welding/Fabrication Consultancy.

provide 21^st century solutions for challenges in the Nigeria
Business Sector. To nurture a team driven company that is dedicated                 to providing flexible Customer
services to our core business areas and committed to the optimization of
stakeholder’s value.

MISSION

Our
mission statement is” Total Service” which is born out of the company’s desire
and preference for client’s maximum satisfaction. Our fleet of professional
staff is committed to “Total Service” to ensure the assignment carried out by

close circuit television set, motion detectors, alarms systems, fire
extinguishers, helmets, safety vests and Security guards on events, cooperate, residential,
