The company Established in 1974, Civic Merchandising, Inc. began as an independent dealer of heavy equipment spare parts. During the company expanded its operations to the sales of used construction and mining equipment. It’s later acquired exclusive dealership contracts with Clark Michigan, TCM construction equipment, Liebherr, Volvo trucks and construction equipment, and Euclid Machineries.
 
In the 90’s CMI Equipment was established as a wholly –owned subsidiary to develop the company’s construction and equipment – leasing business. It was also during the decade when Civic Merchandising was appointed as the exclusive Philippines distributor for Volvo Construction Equipment, Volvo Trucks, UD Diesel Trucks, Doosan Infracore, Ingersoll Rand industrial technology products.

More than three decades since its inception, Civic Merchandising’s affiliation with some of the world’s biggest name in Transport, Construction and Mining Industries is expanding. It has likewise grown from a three-man team to a corporation of over 200 people.
