Company Description

Quantum Clientele has simply the most comprehensive and unique ways of exposing your business to the world or just to your community via the internet.

First point of contact

These days a website serves as the first point on contact between you and your target market. Many consumers or clients will search for a company using search engines and will visit the website in order to get a feel for the business. They may get frustrated if they spend a lot of time trying to find a website, only to discover that the company does not have one. Having a website makes you easy to find and accessible.

Communication

With a website you can communicate with anyone in the world for free. All we need is to have your email address on your website and anyone, anywhere, can get in touch. If your organization is international this saves a lot of money on telephone bills. Also, you can send a document from one side of the world to the other in a second. As a generation grows up who have always had they internet you will find more and more people are less willing to pick up the phone, preferring instead the medium of email.

Good impressions last

A good website does not need to be expensive.  A well-designed, well-structured website can be produced even by businesses and non-profits with minimal resources. An engaging website is the first step in directing people towards your bricks-and-mortar business. The inverse of this is that bad impressions also last. There’s no point having a website that is so badly put together that it puts people off.

Cost-effective marketing

Reaching a large audience with traditional print advertising can be very costly. Imagine designing and printing leaflets then sending them to everyone in the USA, or even everyone in your local area. That is going to cost a lot of money! With just a little bit of planning we can develop a website that will get your message to your city but that is accessible globally.

It’s your brochure

Your website will allow people to find out all about what you do before you even meet them. If you are a retail outlet it will enable customers to look for what they want online before they come in to your store. If you are a charity offering grants then you can put all of the information online about your cause, board of directors, etc. If anyone asks you for any information all you have to do is direct them towards the website. In addition, if you need to change any of the information you don’t need to print a new brochure or send out notices to all of your clients, all we have to do is update the website and it’s done!

24-hour business

If you are relying on a shop or an office alone then your business relies on someone being there to man the phones, or speak to customers or clients. With a website you are open all day every day. There may not be someone ready to talk at any time but if a potential customer is having a late night brainstorm and decides they want information about your type of business then your website is always there, ready with the information that person needs.

Everyone else has one

Probably one of the biggest reasons for having a website is because most of your competitors already do. While there still hundreds of organizations out there who remain offline, the ones who do have websites have a massive advantage. The majority of people have internet access nowadays and most of them will shop around online before getting in direct contact with a business. If you don’t have at least a basic website, then to these people you don’t exist.

SEO, or Search Engine Optimization, is the method of driving toward a website, by getting that site indexed and ranked by search engines, such as Google. It's about getting your website to pop up on the list of search results, when someone looks for what you are offering. This article will outline the basic components of a successful SEO campaign, for any type of website.

1. Making Friends with Robots

Before you even begin to entertain dreams of grandeur for your website, we need to make sure your website is built with a format that is readable by search engine "crawlers", also called "robots". For most HTML-based sites this is a given. Traditionally, this is not a given with Flash. However, we have a platform that creates an HTML mirror of Flash web content, which is then fed to the search engines. Your human website visitors won't see this code, but search engines will gobble it up. So if you are thinking of using Flash - dynamic visuals being great for humans - we may be the solution for you.

2. Using Keywords

“Keywords” are the words or groups of words that people type in search engines like Google, Yahoo! and such. Using keywords throughout your website is an effective way to connect people interested in your keywords, with your website. One way to come up with keywords is simply to think about popular terms related to what that goes on in your site. For instance, if you are offering salsa classes, you might choose the keywords salsa, dancing, dance classes, Latino dancing and so on. By including these words in your content, you can attract people that were searching for these terms on search engines.

Instead of coming up with a list of keywords off the top of your head, we do research and see which words are being searched for the most.

3. Two Types of Content

There's the regular content you include in your pages. Then there's your site's "meta" content, or the words you place inside your page's "page title", "description" and "keywords" section, in your website's code. No idea how to do this? Thats where we come in to save the day! We can easily enter all 3 of these delicious morsels for search engines to devour. Page Title is the most important element for search engines to correctly categorize your website. It's also the title that appears at the top of the browser, when visitors view your website. Description is the text that people will read when they find your  website on search engines. These "snippets" of text are the two or three sentences that appear underneath a site's URL, in a search results list. Search engines will only publish 20-30 words of your site description, so it helps to keep your description short and sweet. The Keyword tags in your site's metadata don't matter as much as they used to, according to Google. But we still throw these tags in, just for good measure.

4. Relevant Inbound Links

“Content is king” is not the only SEO mantra. “Relevant links” is also key. From an SEO perspective, the more relevant inbound links your site has, the higher the ranking your website will receive on search engines.
